For purchases on our website the customer must register in the purchase form with their personal details, which must always be true information about the buyer. The customer must accept the general purchasing terms and conditions and must be of legal age to access and use the service.
Quality guarantee: cold chain delivery
The DASTATZEN transport service will always involve cold delivery for fresh products. In this way we ensure the maintenance of the cold chain from the moment the product leaves our facilities until it reaches the customer.
Services and delivery
The languages available on our website and online store will be Spanish, Basque and English. The delivery note will be in Spanish.
Delivery costs and minimum order
The minimum order for our website is €50.
For orders of less than €130, the delivery cost will be €8.
For orders over €130, delivery will be free.
When the destination is the Balearic Islands, the delivery cost will be €15 in all cases.
Operating hours for orders
Purchases can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The products included in our online store will be products that are available. However, if due to extraordinary circumstances any of the items is not available, DASTATZEN will contact the customer to find a solution, either replacing the order with a similar product, determining the waiting period to receive new stock or cancelling the order.
The customer will be responsible for authorising access to the delivery service in the event of being located in a private area with personal or electronic surveillance. The delivery service will allocate a maximum of five minutes to the necessary procedures to access the area in question.
Delivery of orders and scope of action
For the Spanish mainland, delivery will be within a period between 24 and 48 hours. For the Balearic Islands, this period will increase by another 24 hours. In the event that the customer wishes the delivery to be made in other circumstances, this must be indicated when placing the order.
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
All deliveries will be made cold, to ensure proper management of the cold chain at all times, and will arrive at their destination before 1:30 pm each day.
In the event of the customer not being present at the time of delivery, the carrier will provide a notification advising the customer to get in touch and arrange a new delivery.
The reception of the order will imply agreement with the general terms and conditions of the online store, with all the content of the order, as well as the address and details of the delivery note for the purchase which includes the service fee.
For orders placed in areas near our facilities, you can choose the option of in-store collection, with the consequent saving of the cost of delivery.
Once the in-store collection option has been checked, only the price of the order and not the delivery will be charged. DASTATZEN will contact the customer to agree the day and time of collection.
Our shop located in Troia Ibilbidea, 21, Astigarraga, 20115 (Gipuzkoa) is open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
Given the perishable nature of the food products provided by DASTATZEN and to ensure their quality, returns can only be accepted in two cases: orders damaged by the carrier or errors in the merchandise received.
In the case of damage by the carrier, the customer must never accept a package that is visibly damaged; otherwise it will be considered to have been accepted and cannot be returned.
In this case, you must lodge the complaint at the time of receipt of the order, and call us on 943 69 33 22 or send an email to email@example.com, indicating RETURN in the subject.
Once the order has returned to our offices, we will proceed to reimburse the corresponding amount.
In the event of having received the incorrect merchandise, not in agreement with the order placed, the customer must inform DASTATZEN within a period not exceeding 48 hours from its receipt.
DASTATZEN accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit cards.
- According to the provisions of Law 7/2012, of 29 October, for the prevention of and fight against Tax Fraud, cash payments are not allowed for purchases equal to or greater than €2,500.
To request a different form of payment, the customer should contact us.
Security of transactions
At DASTATZEN we take responsibility for the operations carried out through our website, guaranteeing a secure connection, protected with the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol.
Confidentiality and data protection
DASTATZEN is committed to the protection and confidentiality of the personal data of users of our website which is hosted on a secure server.
To access and use the online purchasing service, it is necessary that you provide the personal details indicated as mandatory, which must be true information about the buyer. If this is not the case, the registration cannot be completed and the online purchasing service cannot be accessed and used.
The data will be incorporated into a file owned by TBS in order to facilitate the processing of the order, being utilised for internal use and to inform the customer of products and services in order to offer a more personalised service.
